Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: failed AI generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period; your first month is refundable within 14 days if you haven't run any generations.

1. The free converter

The browser-based converter (Photo Relief, Logo Extrude, Lithophane, Keychain) is completely free, so no payments or refunds apply to it.

2. Failed AI generations

If an AI 3D generation fails due to an error on our side or our provider's side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you don't need to contact us. Generations that complete successfully but don't match your expectations artistically are not considered failures, since AI output is inherently variable; we encourage using clear, well-lit source photos.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

  1. Email support@imagetostl.online from the Google account email you signed in with.
  2. Include the word "Refund" or "Cancel" in the subject and, if available, your Stripe receipt number.
  3. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers, which this policy is designed to honour).
