Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: failed AI generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically. Unused credit packs are refundable within 14 days. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the billing period; your first month is refundable within 14 days if you haven't run any generations.

1. The free converter

The browser-based converter (Photo Relief, Logo Extrude, Lithophane, Keychain) is completely free, so no payments or refunds apply to it.

2. Failed AI generations

If an AI 3D generation fails due to an error on our side or our provider's side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you don't need to contact us. Generations that complete successfully but don't match your expectations artistically are not considered failures, since AI output is inherently variable; we encourage using clear, well-lit source photos.

3. Credit packs (one-time purchases)

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits have been used.
If some credits have been used, we may at our discretion refund the pro-rated value of the unused credits within the same 14-day window.
Credits do not expire while your account exists.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; no further charges will be made and Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not run any AI generations in that period, we will refund that payment in full on request.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of extended service outage.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@imagetostl.online from the Google account email you signed in with.
Include the word "Refund" or "Cancel" in the subject and, if available, your Stripe receipt number.
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right for EU consumers, which this policy is designed to honour).
