Is the image to STL converter really free?
Yes. Photo Relief, Logo Extrude, Lithophane and Keychain modes are free forever, with no signup, no watermark and no conversion limits — the whole pipeline runs in your browser.
What does AI Full 3D cost?
AI Full 3D is billed separately from the free converter, since it uses GPU-powered generation. Buy a $5 credit pack for 10 generations (50¢ each), or subscribe to Pro for $9/month for unlimited generations.
Do credits expire?
No. Credit packs never expire while your account exists, and there's no subscription required to use them.
What happens if a generation fails?
If an AI generation fails on our side or our provider's side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — you don't need to contact us.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the account menu or your receipt email — no further charges, and Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Do I need to pay to download STL files?
No. Every STL you generate, whether from the free converter or from AI Full 3D, is yours to download and print — there's no separate export fee.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs and first-time subscription payments are refundable within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Do you store my images?
The free converter never uploads your image — everything happens locally in your browser. AI Full 3D sends your image to our generation provider to build the model, but we don't store the image itself, only the generation record.
